Zephyr Palace - Villa Caletas

Villa Caletas is one of those rare places that stays with you long after the event ends. Both the Zephyr Palace and the Amphitheater are built directly into the hillside, looking straight out over the water. It creates a natural stage that makes a ceremony feel completely isolated from the rest of the world.

I spent years working here as both a musician and a stylist. What I enjoyed most was the sheer scale of the place. Performing in the Amphitheater felt different because you aren't just in a room, you are part of the landscape. The sound carries clearly across the stone, and there is a stillness there that you usually don't find at large resorts.

As the sky shifts into deep oranges and purples, the entire mood of the wedding changes. For me, that light was the best part of the day. It made everything look significant and helped me see exactly how to highlight a bride’s natural features. It is easily one of the most beautiful and ronantic settings I have ever had the pleasure to work in.
